Yeah, very curious about how the photos are framed specifically not showing rust, but seems reasonable to me. I’m not super interested, but if I find a hour this weekend may ping on it.

Noooooo. I ran a craigslist search for “Datsun” and now I’m in financial danger...

to go the other route, It’s annoying how expensive any old bimmer is these days.
Can’t find anything older then e36/e34 for less than $5k these days, and they’re usually beaters.

NP all day, probably just for that body

An E24 that is that clean at the same price.

Yeah but working on a not too rusty datsun is so damn easy. Most mechanical bits are cheap, easy to find and can be changed out in 45 minutes.

Ya’ll are doing a reasonable job convincing me...

based on what I’ve seen lately that era BMW is commanding high dollar for clean cars.
If that Datsun is rust free than it’s not far from being an excellent car. Just being rust free is a miracle.

Weren’t we just talking about unicorns yesterday?
Dude, get that Datsun.

Interesting..... not much on my calendar this weekend. I’ll check again on Thursday or Friday and see if it is still around.

I saw it on bigcoupe http://bigcoupe.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=30611
I’m not really sure what would go wrong with an m90 where they wouldn’t fix it. I think since it’s an earlier 635csi it still runs L-Jetronic fuel injection which may be a little more complicated than the motronic that the later m90 and the m30 cars had.
